An open house will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. A formal presentation will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a public comment period.
The limits of the proposed project extend from the Interstate 35E/State Highway 183 interchange to the U.S. Highway 175/SH 310 interchange to the south for a distance of approximately nine miles. The proposed project corridor includes a portion of the Dallas floodway of the Trinity River, located on the west side of downtown Dallas. The primary purpose of the proposed Trinity Parkway is to provide a safe and efficient transportation solution to manage traffic congestion and improve safety in the area of the Dallas Central Business District. |
